Conclusion of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark on Readmission of Persons, signed on 16 March 2007 in Copenhagen, is envisaged by the Joint Statement on Denmark in the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on Readmission of Persons.
The said Agreement regulates the procedure of acceptance and transferring of persons that illegally reside at the territories of the Contractual Parties.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No.0040) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
